I hope you are having a magical summer, had an awesome break, and are back fully energised to engage in your projects for the last four months of this year.
Isn’t it incredible how fast time flies? Since the beginning of this year, I kept repeating that 2015 would be a year of action and of facing our fears and inner demons. And wow, that’s certainly what I have been up to most of this year. Releasing and detoxing on an ongoing basis. I started playing the piano and created more creative space for myself. I started feeling lighter and lighter as a result.
When we detox the old and let go of energy draining people and limiting thinking patterns, we make so much space for the new to come in. And this is what my main focus is right now. I want to create even more space in my life for new projects, new people, new opportunities, new ventures and more love.
There is a big shift happening right now for many of us. And if we create that space now we will start reaping our rewards.
So think about how you can create more space for new things and opportunities to come into your life:
- How can you create more me-time?
- What is inspiring you?
- What needs to be healed or brought into balance in your life?
- What new realisation or epiphany is transforming you?
- What new opportunities are being presented to you?
- How can you prioritise the projects that are so dear to your heart but that you never take the time for? (such as writing, starting a new hobby, improving a relationship with a loved one etc)
- How can you find more time to be creative and stimulate your right brain?
- Is your house/flat/office in need of decluttering?
I recently came across Marie Kondo’s method of decluttering, which is a huge bestseller! I got all excited thinking about decluttering my flat and my life. You can read about my experiences with day one over at the blog here.
September will be a good month for us to take care of our own needs and to keep that inner dialogue open with ourselves. It’s a good period to journal, to remember our dreams and to try and analyse them. Keep a journal right by your bed and journal right after waking up when you still remember parts of your dreams.
